The Role:
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload, primarily referred from our pre‑litigation team, from filing suit through trial
- Handle depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- Develop litigation strategy and advocate for clients throughout the case lifecycle
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to maximize client recovery and outcomes
Who We Want:
- Licensed in Pennsylvania or New Jersey (both preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and case‑strategy skills
- Motivated attorneys who take ownership of their cases and drive results through great advocacy
