- Negotiate settlements effectively while advocating fiercely for clients' best interests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement conferences with professionalism and confidence.

Skills:

- Knowledge of related legal areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, landord-tenant law, securities law, immigration law, patent law, and legal administrative processes.
