Meeks Impact Law is a boutique community-focused personal injury law firm located in Cumming, Georgia. We are dedicated to representing victims of motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, nursing home negligence, dog bites, product defects and unsafe premises. Our approach starts with listening. We believe our clients deserve more than just a case number and we prioritize advocacy that makes a tangible difference in the lives of Georgia families.

The Role:
We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial. You will manage your own caseload while collaborating with our support team to secure justice for our clients. Although this role is primarily located in Cumming, some remote work is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters.
Conduct settlement negotiations, depositions, mediations, and jury trials to obtain recoveries for our clients.
Draft and respond to written discovery.
Lead client communication with compassion and clarity at every stage.
Represent clients in court appearances and at trial.
Delegate tasks effectively to our paralegals and support staff.

A Licensed Advocate: You are a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar. We welcome new graduates who have a sincere interest in litigation.

Compensation and Benefits:

Financial Growth:

Base Salary: $60,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
Production Bonuses: 45% of all attorneys fees earned by the law firm for cases originated by the lawyer. 15% of total attorney fees earned for case recoveries originated by the firm and assigned to you.
Retirement: Employer-sponsored 401(k) account with company matching after one year of service with the law firm.

Fitness Stipend: $25 monthly health and fitness allowance.
Hybrid Flexibility: A hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This follows an initial 30-day orientation period of 4 days in the office and 1 day at home (Fridays).

Professional Support:

Growth: 12 CLE hours and Georgia Bar dues covered annually.
Philanthropy: A $1,000 annual donation made by the firm to a non-profit of your choice.
Time Off: 14 days of PTO in addition to most recognized holidays.
