HGSK Injury Lawyers is seeking a motivated litigation attorney to join our Philadelphia office and gain hands-on experience handling personal injury cases from intake through trial.HGSK Injury Lawyers is a 20-lawyer plaintiffs' personal injury litigation firm representing injured individuals throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with offices in Philadelphia, Holland (Bucks County), Reading, Allentown, and Lancaster.
Our attorneys handle claims ranging from auto and trucking accidents, falls, and premises liability matters to complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. The firm is actively involved in trial work, appellate advocacy, and class action litigation.
The firm has secured numerous seven- and eight-figure recoveries and has developed a strong reputation for handling complex personal injury, insurance coverage, and bad faith matters throughout Pennsylvania.
The position will be based in our Philadelphia (Center City) office.
Job Summary:
This position offers meaningful, hands-on litigation experience from day one. The attorney will work with senior attorneys while also independently handling matters through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation, including:
- Client intake, interviews, and strategy development
- Reviewing and analyzing medical records
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Negotiating settlements
- Arbitration and trial preparation
- Court appearances throughout the region
The position is based in our Philadelphia office and will require occasional travel to courts throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a career representing injured individuals — not simply managing files or billing hours. If you have spent the past few years in high-volume defense work or billing significant hours and are seeking a more substantive, client-focused litigation practice, this may be the right opportunity.

Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively with a team
- Pennsylvania Bar admission required
- New Jersey Bar admission preferred
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Attorneys with prior insurance defense experience are encouraged to apply
- Former Assistant District Attorneys or attorneys with significant courtroom advocacy experience are encouraged to apply

Experience:
Civil litigation or personal injury litigation: 2 years preferred
License/Certification:
Pennsylvania Bar admission (required)
New Jersey Bar admission (preferred)
