Junior Associate needed to join a busy personal injury firm. **NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** This job is perfect for licensed attorneys who recently passed the bar or are looking to change fields.

Ideal Candidate:
Must enjoy high volume work and have a desire to be in the courtroom and litigate.

Texas Bar License required.

Job Duties include:

Attending Hearings
Attending/Taking/Defending Depositions
Drafting Motions and Responses to Motions
Reviewing and approving discovery
Attending Trial - Includes attending as a second chair attorney and an opportunity to first chair cases at trial
Case management

Travel around the DFW area is required. Minimal travel outside the DFW area.
