We are hiring an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join an established and respected plaintiff-side firm with a strong case pipeline, modern operations, and real upside for attorneys who want more than just a salary.

This role is built for a self-sufficient PI attorney who can manage their own docket end-to-end and wants the freedom, resources, and earning potential to grow.

What You'll Do:

Run a full personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial
Develop case strategy, prepare demands, negotiate with carriers, and drive resolution
Work directly with clients, medical providers, experts, and defense counsel
Oversee discovery, depositions, and litigation workflow
Collaborate with intake, paralegals, and case managers to maximize case value
(Optional but rewarded) Build and maintain referral and business-development relationships

What We're Looking For:

4–8+ years of personal injury experience
4+ years managing your own PI docket
Licensed in Texas and in good standing
Deep understanding of Texas personal injury law, insurance coverage, and settlement strategy
Strong client-management, negotiation, and case-evaluation skills
Litigation experience a plus
Located in the Greater Houston area (remote considered for exceptional candidates)
