Rashtian Law Group is a litigation-focused law firm representing individuals in complex employment and personal injury matters throughout California. We are seeking seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join our growing insurance defense and civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial.The position may be fully remote or in-office, based on the candidate's preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of litigation, including:
- Handle insurance defense and civil litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and reports
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court appearances, mediations, and hearings
- Communicate with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and experts
- Manage cases proactively from inception through trial
- Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations
- Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members on more complex cases
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Personal injury experience preferred, but not required
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Excellent writing, legal research, and oral advocacy abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
