Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a Full-Time Personal Injury Attorney.
* If you are not an experienced PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY, please do not apply.

We are seeking a personal injury attorney to handle cases in pre-litigation and litigation for personal injury cases related to motor vehicle collisions with 3-7 years of personal injury experience.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
highly organized and analytical
high levels of empathy and patience
exceptional attention to detail
strong relationship building and client-facing skills
understanding of current legislation and regulation within personal injury law

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Evaluate cases
All tasks related to handling a personal injury docket
Assist in signing up cases with our intake team
Releasing clients on cases that you are designated as lead.
You will have discretion on fee sharing agreements with your referral and origination sources.
You will have discretion on all strategic decisions made on cases in which you are lead counsel
