Requirements
: Must currently hold a NC State Bar License. PI experience is a plus! Preferred 5+ years of legal experience.

Compensation: Starting salary of $75,000 - $100,000 a year based on experience for the first 12 months. Commission opportunities are available from the first year, increasing with experience. From the second anniversary onward, compensation transitions to 100% commission. An Attorney in their second year averages 150k and 200 - 250k in their third year.
