Leading Personal Injury Law Firm is searching for an associate attorney to join our office in Seattle, Washington. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a rapid growth Firm with an outstanding culture & reputation.

Candidate will be provided autonomy to excel with duties to include:
  • Communicating directly with clients develop case valuation & strategy
  • Handle pre-litigation files to settlement
  • Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial, if desired
  • Prepare motions and memorandums of law
  • Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses
  • Draft reports and provide file analysis

Candidate Qualifications:
  • WA Bar membership in good standing
  • 2 years of personal injury experience or 5 years overall legal experience
  • Strong communication and MS Office Skills
  • Excellent work ethic, be a self-starter and able to litigate a case from beginning to end
  • Candidate must also have attention to detail and strong organization skills

  • Excellent writing, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to negotiate settlements for legal disputes with vigor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (with emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook)
