Description:

About the role:
As a Personal Injury Attorney at Telaré Law, you'll lead your own caseload with real autonomy — from intake through resolution — backed by a designated case manager and paralegal so your time goes to strategy and advocacy, not administrative drag. This role is built for attorneys who want to own outcomes, negotiate directly with insurance carriers, and grow into greater leadership as our firm expands into new states.

Pasco and the greater Tri-Cities have one of the largest Hispanic populations in Washington State, and a significant share of our clients communicate primarily in Spanish. This role will directly serve that community — client meetings, intake calls, and case updates conducted in Spanish are a core part of the job.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a full personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation matters
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and manage settlements
  • Supervise paralegals and optimize case workflows
  • Draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial
  • Advise clients throughout the process with clear guidance and regular updates, in both English and Spanish
  • Identify legal issues, preserve key deadlines, and build case strategies that drive strong outcomes

What We're Looking For:
  • A strong client advocate with sound negotiation skills and a commitment to excellent outcomes
  • Someone who takes full ownership of their cases and their professional growth
  • The ability to work independently while partnering effectively with your case manager and paralegal
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Spanish
  • Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment

Things You've Done in the Past
  • Managed a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
  • Negotiated with insurance carriers on injury-related claims
  • Drafted pleadings, motions, and persuasive liability and damages arguments
  • Supervised or worked closely with paralegals to keep cases moving
  • Represented clients in depositions, mediations, or trial
  • Communicated with Spanish-speaking clients in a legal or client-facing setting

Qualifications:
  • Required: Active WA Bar license 5+ years litigation experience Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
  • Preferred: Personal injury litigation background
