Mulé Law is looking for a talented Litigation Attorney with 1-3years personal injury experience. Mulé Law is a rapidly growing, fast-paced law firm specializing primarily in civil litigation serving a diverse clientele base. Litigation work will include trial and discovery associated with personal injury litigation. The position works closely with the managing partner and clients to move cases towards conclusion either through litigation or settlement. Candidates should be well organized, detail oriented, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple clients from pre-trail to trial, as well as cases and legal activities that have varying deadlines.

Essential Functions:
- Research and resolve legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.
- Manage all aspects of assigned cases from pretrial to post-trial.
- Attend various hearings and draft petitions and complaints, motions and related pleadings, and contract/settlement agreements.
- Prepare cross-examination and deposition outlines, as well as pretrial documents including subpoenas, affidavits, and correspondence to opposing counsel.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Manage the discovery and document production processes.
- Oversee client matters, ensuring on-time and accurate deliverables as well as the highest level of client service and communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Juris Doctorate
- Required Licensure: Certified by the NY Bar Associates
- Languages: English (required)
- Experience and Skills Required:1-3 years' experience as a practicing attorney
- Licenses attorney and member in good standing of the New York State Bar
- Strong experience in personal injury litigation
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and uses research, legal knowledge, and expertise to tackle complex issues
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent computer and information management skills; ability to learn new programs as needed
Work Location:
Requires daily in-office presence as well as ability to visit client locations, courts, other law offices, etc.
Scheduling Requirements:
Requires Some Flexibility in Scheduling, Such as The Ability to Work Evenings and Weekends to Meet Client Deliverables.
Travel Requirements:
May Require Ability to Travel Locally by Car/public Transportation.
