Candidate must be able to autonomously manage auto accident and personal injury files, manage your team, create litigation plans, conduct discovery, meet deadlines and settle and try your cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. The position will require managing a caseload of personal injury and other matters, including:
  • Evaluating potential new cases.
  • Meeting with potential clients.
  • Overseeing pre-litigation workup of cases.
  • Conducting settlement negotiations.
  • Filing complaints and other pleadings.
  • Trials, depositions, and other court appearances.
  • Overseeing disbursement of recoveries.
  • Maintaining excellent client relations.

Requirements:
  • 5+ year previous experience in Personal Injury law required
  • Proven track record of trying cases to juries
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • extremely positive and productive, can prioritize their workload and work efficiently in a highly charged positive, creative, and collaborative setting.
  • Candidates must be licensed South Carolina. Barring in Georgia and/or North Carolina a plus.
  • Able to speak Spanish not required but a plus.
