Role Summary:
In this position, the Attorney will guide clients through their cases by offering legal advice, representation, and strategic direction. What You'll Do
- Oversee a full caseload from the initial claim through trial.
- Communicate frequently with clients, adjusters, medical providers, opposing counsel, the Court, and internal team members to ensure cases move forward effectively.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and review medical documentation.
- Record and assess injuries, expenses, and treatment details.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and additional legal filings.
- Negotiate fair and favorable settlements for clients.
- Apply strategic legal thinking to advocate zealously for each client.
- Lead and develop team members through training, coaching, hiring, and performance management.
