Our firm is built on dedication, teamwork, and a client-first approach. We are expanding our litigation team and seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our Memphis office.

Position Summary:
The Litigation Attorney will manage a large caseload of personal injury cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial. This role requires a results-driven litigator who provides aggressive, effective, and ethical representation to each client. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional courtroom and negotiation skills, and maintains strong organization and focus while handling a high-volume caseload. A passion for client advocacy and the ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines are essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing through trial.
Provide strategic legal advice and ethical representation to clients.
Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for client interests.
Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient case progress.
Maintain strong communication with clients and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Tennessee Bar license required; willingness to obtain Arkansas license preferred.
5+ years of litigation experience strongly preferred (personal injury experience required).
Proven record of trial or arbitration experience is a plus.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a heavy caseload with accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
