Fletcher Law Office is seeking an Personal Injury Attorney for a full-time position

Position Overview:
Personal Injury Attorney will be primarily responsible for facilitating the management of a personal injury caseload and trial docket. This will include case management from the initiation of client intake, case onset, pre-litigation claim processing, to case settlement or resolution through subsequent litigation and trial. The attorney will be performing all tasks necessary to further the client's matter towards proper resolution.

Responsibilities:

Managing a personal injury caseload through the process of pre-litigation claim processing
Conducting depositions of tortfeasors
Conducting 30(b)(6) corporate representative depositions
Defending depositions
Appearences in court
Completion of discovery related tasks
Client meetings
Maintaining positive client relationships
Preperation and filing of motions and pleadings
Hospital lien resolution
Development of trial strategy
Organizing of trial files

Requirements:
