We are a growing law firm looking to grow our personal injury practice. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate attorney to join our team in Dayton. The candidate will focus on personal injury law. If you're an attorney or recent law school graduate sitting for the July 2026 Ohio Bar examination who is looking for a fulfilling new challenge, we are excited to hear from you!

  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Pay range for those currently admitted to the Ohio Bar is $70,000 to $115,000 depending on experience. Compensation includes life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), paid parking, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Representing injured people in personal injury matters.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Draft legal documents, briefs, motions, and other court filings.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, case workers, and experts to build strong cases.
  • Manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with other attorneys and administrative team members.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Ohio, or sitting for the July 2026 Bar Exam.
  • Passion for helping others, particularly those with injuries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing as part of a supportive team.
