Qualification Requirements:
- Active member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience handling personal injury cases as a licensed attorney.
- Extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience, including depositions, motion practice, and case management.
- Trial experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and client service.
