Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our Plainitffs' Personal Injury legal team. The ideal candidate would have a minimum 3 years of PI experience. This attorney will be responsible for handling cases from inception up to trial- including intake, pre-litigation, discovery and motion practice. Trial work is encouraged at our firm.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on personal injury claims and related laws - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests - Handle pre-litigation and litigation case - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts - Court apperances and trial - Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate, Active CA Bar member, Minimum 3 years experience as Personal Injury Attorney
