A prestigious and rapidly growing personal injury law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a dedicated Florida licensed associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our team and assist in handling pre-litigation claims and litigation cases. Our firm is committed to providing clients with the highest level of service, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference for our clients and contributing to the firm as a whole.Responsibilities:
- Manage an active caseload of pre-litigation and litigation cases with the support of a dedicated team.
- Effectively work up cases and negotiate settlements.
- Maintain a detail-oriented, outcome-focused approach to achieve the best results for clients.
Compensation:
Performance-based compensation, with attorneys who meet or exceed expectations routinely earning over $150,000 per year and potentially up to $250,000 or more.
