The Dolan Law Firm is one of California's premier plaintiffs' trial law firms, representing clients across the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California from our offices in San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles. For more than 30 years, we have been leaders in the plaintiffs' bar, fighting for justice in catastrophic personal injury, civil rights, product liability, police misconduct, and other significant cases that have shaped California law.We are seeking an Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. This role is ideal for a litigator who thrives on advocacy, has already taken and defended depositions, and wants to build courtroom experience in meaningful, high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate cases from intake through resolution, including taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality briefs, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Manage discovery and case strategy in collaboration with supervising attorneys.
- Maintain regular client communication, ensuring clients are supported and informed.
- Present arguments in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Provide guidance to legal staff and collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for personal injury or plaintiff-side litigation.
- Demonstrated experience taking/defending depositions and preparing cases for litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or defense-side experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $85,000 – $125,000, commensurate with experience.
