Job Description:Position Summary:
Attorneys are responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes by owning case strategy, maximizing case value, and moving each assigned matter toward the best possible resolution. Attorneys work within an RMA pod and are expected to collaborate closely with Case Managers, litigation attorneys, Legal Support, and other firm resources. The role is built around a simple standard: Right Case. Right Attorney. Right Outcome.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the Client and the Case. Know the client, facts, injuries, damages, coverage, and strategy. Communicate consistently, exercise sound professional judgment, and take personal responsibility for moving the case forward.
- Maximize Case Value. Develop every reasonable damage category, identify all available coverage, and continually evaluate what additional investigation, treatment, evidence, negotiation, or litigation may increase the client's recovery.
- Every Case Is a Policy Limits Case Until It Is Not. Identify, pursue, and document every reasonable opportunity to obtain all available policy proceeds until the facts demonstrate why a tender is not achievable.
- Stay Curious. Do not assume the file tells the full story. Talk with clients and families, understand how the injury changed the client's life, and find effective ways to document and communicate the human impact of the case.
- Use the Right Strategy at the Right Time. Recognize when continued pre-litigation work adds value and when filing suit is the better strategy. Litigation should be used proactively when it can improve the client's outcome, not delayed merely to keep a case in pre-litigation.
- Collaborate and Transfer Cases Appropriately. Work closely across pre-litigation and litigation within the pod. Raise significant cases early, seek input when useful, and support timely transfers when another attorney or resource is better positioned to maximize the result. Case placement and the client's best interests always control.
- Partner With the Team. Develop a strong working relationship with Case Managers and support professionals. Provide direction, training, communication, and accountability while using Claims Support, legal support, performance management, Settlement Committee, T-100, and Trial Team resources when appropriate.
- Drive Production and Case Movement. Maintain an active, well-managed caseload; resolve cases efficiently without sacrificing value; and contribute to the pod's revenue, average fee per case, profitability, and overall performance.

Qualifications & Compensation
- Generous commission structure with strong earning potential.
- Personal injury law experience preferred.
- 3+ years of attorney experience preferred.
- Active Arizona Bar membership required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
