Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a personal injury attorney for the Miami, FL office. The Attorney will be responsible for managing and preparing personal injury cases for potential trial, providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. Responsibilities may also include negotiating settlements and working closely with clients to develop case strategies. There is additional Civil Litigation work that will be done as well.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in trial preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Valid license to practice law in the state of Florida
