Feagans Law Group is growing — and we're looking for a driven, litigation-focused Personal Injury Attorney who is passionate about aggressively and ethically pursuing justice for injury victims.If you're a motivated trial attorney who wants real responsibility, leadership opportunity, and meaningful client impact — this could be the right fit.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a docket of 60+ personal injury cases
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in trial and trial preparation
- Develop and execute case strategy from start to finish
- Lead your own dedicated legal team
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients
- You won't just handle files — you'll own your cases and drive results.
What We're Looking For:
- Illinois licensed attorney
- 2–6 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Demonstrated deposition and trial experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High performance capacity and leadership ability
- A commitment to honesty, loyalty, and serving others
- A genuine desire to grow as a trial attorney
Compensation & Benefits:
- $105,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule (1–2 days remote weekly)
