No prior experience in personal injury is required – we are willing to provide full training for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for recent law school graduates or attorneys looking to build a career in personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Case Evaluation

• Meet with clients to discuss their personal injury claims.
• Gather and analyze medical records, accident reports, and witness statements to assess case strength.
• Determine liability and identify potential responsible parties.

Negotiation and Settlement

• Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Evaluate settlement offers and advise clients on next steps.
• Negotiate compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, property damage, pain, and suffering.

Documentation and Case Preparation

• Draft demand letters and legal correspondence.
• Organize and compile evidence and supporting documents.
• Accurately calculate damages including medical costs, future treatment, and wage loss.

Client Communication

• Maintain consistent updates with clients.
• Educate clients about the legal process, rights, and outcomes.
• Manage expectations regarding settlement and litigation.

Legal Research and Strategy

• Stay current on personal injury law, regulations, and case precedents.
• Develop case strategies to maximize compensation.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work with paralegals, investigators, and experts to build strong cases.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and accident reconstruction specialists.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Client-focused, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
