A growing personal injury law practice is seeking a Remote Per Diem Attorney to assist with litigation support and case development on an as-needed basis. This is a remote role — ideal for a detail-oriented attorney who wants flexible work while contributing meaningfully to client advocacy. I am looking for an attorney who has experience with litigation and does not mind drafting answers to discovery. Including but not limited to: interrogatories, requests for admission, notices to produce, and etc. Please do not apply if you have no experience doing this work. I'm a solo practitioner based in New Jersey, focusing primarily on motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and general negligence claims. I also handle workers' compensation, criminal defense and municipal defense matters. As caseloads grow, I'm looking for reliable remote support to assist with document drafting, discovery, and other litigation tasks.
Key Responsibilities (Remote only)
- Draft pleadings- complaints, discovery responses, and motions
- Assist with discovery- interrogatories, RFAS, offers of judgment, etc.
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Draft settlement demands
Qualifications:
- Admitted to the Bar in New Jersey or New York.
- 3+ years of legal experience (personal injury or civil litigation preferred)
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Able to manage deadlines independently and communicate clearly
- Must be organized, responsive, and dependable
- Comfortable working 100% remotely with limited supervision
Compensation:
- Paid per task or hourly, depending on the assignment
- Flexible workload based on your availability
