Holland & Hart's Intellectual Property group is seeking a Senior Associate / Of Counsel patent prosecution attorney with 5+ years of experience to join the firm in any of Holland & Hart's offices. Position Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience in patent preparation/prosecution work. Patent preparation experience in wireless telecommunications systems, standards-related technologies, communication networks, electrical hardware and software, computer networks, semiconductors, storage devices, circuits, memory, cloud computing, data security, mechanical inventions, medical device or digital health preferred. We are seeking candidates who possess a growth mindset, are team oriented and enjoy working in an innovative culture on cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record with a technical degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, physics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent fields.

Compensation and Expectations
Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based—you'll be evaluated on your individual performance, achievements and your contributions to the team's efforts. In compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated salary range for this role is $250,000 - $445,000 for applicants based in Colorado and Washington, D.C.

Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.

Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment.
