Job Description and Salary
ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate or Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have substantial patent litigation experience at both the U.S. District Court and the International Trade Commission, including trials, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management. Additional requirements include exceptional writing skills. We are open to candidates with any technology background.

Trademark litigation experience or a demonstrated interest in trademark litigation is a plus, though not required.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $160,000 to a maximum of $375,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development, and merit-based components, subject to applicable policies.
