Description: A Full-Service Law Firm has an opening in multiple offices for an Intellectual Property Patent Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in a full range of intellectual property matters, including drafting substantive briefs involving patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss. We are not accepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Technical degree required, with preference given to Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Will also consider Chemistry, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering.
- USPTO registration and experience in post-grant trials at the USPTO PTAB preferred.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
