A Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property group. The attorney can be located in our Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Chicago, Atlanta, or Washington, DC offices. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of four (4) years of experience working on patent litigation cases including drafting, responding to motions, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have second or third chair experience. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred, but not required.
