We seek a qualified Patent Prosecutor to join our team at M&B IP. This is a full-time, permanent position located in New Jersey. The ideal candidate should be a registered patent attorney or patent agent with a background in electrical engineering, computers, or artificial intelligence. The duties of this role include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, advising clients on IP strategies, and conducting patent mining.

Qualifications Required:

At least 3 years of patent prosecution experience
Candidates who are experienced in building personal client relationships, or have a strong desire to do so are strongly preferred.
A technical background is desired, and familiarity with a range of technologies (EE, ME, CS, Physics, etc.)
Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
