Role Description:This is a full-time remote role for a Patent Attorney. The Patent Attorney will be responsible for drafting and filing patent applications, preparing responses to Office Actions, and performing due diligence on intellectual property matters and transactions. This role will also provide legal advice and counsel on US patent law and agents should not apply.
Qualifications:
- Patent Applications and Patent Preparation skills
- Strong knowledge of Patent Law
- Ability to perform Due Diligence on intellectual property matters and transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of CA, NY, TX, or DC
- Experience in technology-related industries is a plus
