Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Attorney in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a Patent Attorney, you will be responsible for tasks such as drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in the US and foreign countries, advising clients on IP-related matters, and preparing IP agreements. In addition, we are seeking a Patent Attorney who can assist in litigation as needed including trademark oppositions and federal and state court cases.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one state
- Registered to practice before the USPTO in all matters
