Description:

A Complex & Class Action Litigation seeks a patent associate with a degree and background in computer science, electrical engineering, or physics to join our Patent Practice Group in the Portland, Maine office.

The ideal candidate will have:

2-3 years patent prosecution experience
Technical understanding of medical devices, robotics, and/or machine learning
Excellent academic credentials
Exceptional analytical skills
Excellent writing ability
