The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, particularly in semiconductor technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications in various technical fields with emphasis on electrical engineering technologies.
- Coordinate large and complex patent portfolios in the U.S. and globally.
- Perform third party rights analyses.
- Mentor and support the professional development of junior staff.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution as a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required; Advanced degree and/or industry experience in electrical engineering preferred.
- Substantial patent drafting and prosecution experience for semiconductor technologies required.
- Must be a registered patent agent before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
- Patent Attorney candidates must be admitted to the NY state bar
- Strong academic credentials.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate patent applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Our Benefits Include:
Compensation: $130,000-$185,000 per year depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility
