Job Summary:
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time and limited term faculty positions in the School of Accountancy for the academic year 2026-2027. These positions are on an as needed, semester-by-semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities:
  • Teaching undergraduate courses in business law review
  • Teach in a traditional classroom setting and/or online

Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate or higher, or its foreign equivalent, at the time of hire
  • Applicant must be a member in good standing with a State Bar Association
  • Demonstrated ability to teach Business Law at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
  • At least five (5) year's Practical Business Law experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Qualified to also teach tax (CPA/LLM)
