Part-time Instructional Law - Mediation

• $5,000 contract, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 5-12 hours per week
• This position will work onsite the Grand Forks, ND campus.

Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to provide effective teaching in the area of Mediation at the University of North Dakota School of Law.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Effective teaching in the area of Mediation.

Required Competencies:

• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff colleagues
• Eagerness to work closely with law students
• Ability to teach in the curricular area of interest
• Ability to work and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural, and inclusive setting

Minimum Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed member in good standing of the bar in any U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction
• 5 years of recent legal work experience in the area of Mediation
• Successful completion of criminal history records check.
