Position: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and assessments for clients, including individuals and businesses.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning, strategies, and compliance to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop personalized financial plans and strategies aligned with their goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
  • Represent clients in tax audits, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
  • Communicate complex financial and tax concepts effectively to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients on a wide range of tax-related matters, including tax planning, compliance, and disputes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to assess clients' tax positions and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks and liabilities.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including tax opinions, memoranda, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in tax audits, appeals, and litigation proceedings before administrative agencies and courts.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements with tax authorities on behalf of clients to resolve disputes and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Advise clients on tax-efficient structures for business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, regulations, and judicial decisions to provide timely and informed guidance to clients.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Specialization or significant experience in tax law.
  • Strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
