We are seeking a Part-Time attorney at our Chatsworth, California office. This is a Hybrid position. Please email your resume to admin@binderkal.com. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on your level of experience.
The ideal candidate will perform all tasks associated with case handling. Responsibilities:
- Research
- Attend hearings
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- JD Degree and CA State Bar License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in CA workers' compensation defense.
