- Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis to stay updated on current immigration laws and policies.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
- Manage case files efficiently, maintaining detailed records of all correspondence, filings, and proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Proven experience in immigration law with a strong understanding of federal regulations and procedures.
- Excellent research skills utilizing LexisNexis for comprehensive legal analysis.
- Strong writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and persuasive arguments.
- Legal administrative experience to manage multiple cases efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
