Our Healthcare and FDA Firm is seeking a Healthcare Attorney with 5+ years' experience in healthcare, regulatory and transactional law, to work from home on a remote (virtual) basis for our Firm. We work with clients that are in the following industry (not limited to): Medical spas and IV hydration centers, healthcare clinical practices, health and wellness apps/software/programs/platforms, dietary supplement and cosmetic products, MSOs, physicians and nurse entrepreneurs.

Please do not apply if your primary healthcare experience is litigation or medical malpractice, or if you do not have significant healthcare law experience.

California Bar member preferred, but we accept candidates from other states as well.

Skills and Experience:
  • Member of the Bar in which presently residing, also in California.
  • 5+ years of legal practice experience with substantive mastery of either Healthcare law or FDA & FTC law.

  • Ideally, also a portable book of client business and, business development skills.
