Overview:Rose Harper Law, LLC is a personal injury law firm with many spanish speaking clients. We have full time bi-lingual staff if you need help with translation but a spanish speaking attorney is preferred. As we expand into Pennsylvania, we are seeking a seasoned personal injury attorney to help establish the foundation of our operations—designing the systems, forms, and processes that will ensure consistency and excellence across every case we handle.
This position is ideal for a highly organized attorney who thrives on structure, systems, and precision. You will manage select personal injury cases while taking the lead in building and documenting the firm's SOPs, workflows, and operational playbooks for the state.
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Part Time Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in litigation. This role requires exceptional research and writing skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate on behalf of clients. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys, staff and clients to provide comprehensive legal services and support.
As we grow we will open up full time opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license (required).
- Prefer 5+ years of personal injury experience, with strong command of both pre-litigation and litigation processes but open to newer attorneys looking to learn/grow or as a stepping stone.
- Prefer Bi-lingual English/Spanish
- Prefer additional license in NY/NJ
- Demonstrated success in creating or implementing law firm processes or SOPs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting workflows and policy documentation.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centered judgment.
- Proven ability to lead with structure and inspire operational discipline.
- Experience with Estate Planning a plus.
- Ability to handle a case from inception up to trial.
