Description:

A Personal Injury Attorney is a fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to lead and expand our PAGA and employment law practice group. Our firm is known for aggressively representing employees across California, and we are looking for a trial-tested litigator who is ready to take ownership of high-value cases from intake through verdict.

What You'll Do:

Handle a full caseload of employment litigation matters, including PAGA representative actions, wage & hour class actions, and wrongful termination/retaliation claims.
Manage cases independently through all stages: pre-litigation, discovery, law and motion, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Conduct depositions, argue substantive motions, and first/second chair trials.
Strategically evaluate cases, advise clients, and develop case strategies that maximize value.
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with our leadership team to grow the employment law division.

What We're Looking For:

Active California State Bar license in good standing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law litigation with significant PAGA and wage & hour experience.
Demonstrated trial experience (first or second chair in employment cases strongly preferred).
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
