Overview:Expert Attorneys in LA & SF, a California-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney (Of Counsel) with at least 10 years of experience in sentencing challenges, appeals, and post-conviction matters. We are looking for someone based in or near San Francisco with a proven track record of reducing or overturning sentences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in sentencing challenges, appeals, and post-conviction relief.
- Draft motions, briefs, and appellate filings with precision.
- Advocate effectively in court and provide strategic counsel.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license.
- 10+ years of criminal defense experience.
- Strong background in sentencing and appellate work.
- Excellent advocacy and legal writing skills.
