Description:

Looking for one or two of counsel attorney for our overflow of landlord tenant cases, as well as estate planning. The estate planning would be more of a way to increase one's income for someone with their own firm, as it does not generate enough on its own for full-time work. That or if someone is only looking for a few cases per month.

The landlord-tenant work can easily fill one's docket, but as this is of counsel (aka independent contractor), one can do as little or as much as one wants. Pay is based on the revenue you generate, as it is a revenue share. One of our current of counsel attorneys has averaged about $60k each of the last five years working about 5-10 hours per week from home.

The firm has offices in Eugene and Hillsboro that can be used for depositions and client meetings as needed. While it is largely remote, that means you do not need to be in our office and can work from home, except when you need to be in court or at an in-person deposition. That is, you need to live in Oregon or close enough to make it to Oregon for those hearings/trials on your cases.

We also can mentor and teach you how to handle litigation and landlord-tenant law. Then, when needed, assist with appearances and trial (on limited basis), plus an extensive archive of work product for litigation in general, as well as landlord-tenant cases.

As a firm, we handle employment, personal injury, landlord-tenant, insurance disputes, and small business matters for the majority of our work. We also have a lot of overflow employment matters if you are interested in that area of law.

Must be an Oregon licensed attorney with PLF coverage, and your resume needs to show Oregon licensure.
