Job Responsibilities:
- Virtually Consult with Clients to Review Their Estate Plan; Provide Legal Advice and Guidance.
- Review Documents to Ensure Sure They Are up To Date on State Requirements.
- Ensure Client Goals Have Been Met.
- Ability to Exercise Good Judgement when Discussing Estate Plans with Clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Computer Skills: Zoom/webex/google Meet, Microsoft & Google Suite
- Experience as An Attorney.
- Basic Understanding of Estate Planning
Education & Experience Requirements:
- J.D. Degree Required.
- Bar Admitted and In Good Standing.
- 3+ Years Expereince with Estate Planning, Wills, and Trusts
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Attention to Detail, Solid Organizational Skills, and Ability to Prioritize Tasks.
- Demonstrated Experience with Relevant Firm Software Programs Such as Microsoft Office Applications (word, Outlook and Excel) and The Firm's Case Management System.
- Ability to Anticipate the Client's Needs and The Firm's Needs to Avoid Surprises and Unpreparedness for Anyone.
