M&W is seeking a New York trial attorney with 10+ years of experience for personal injury defense and other defense litigation. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing local and national clients across a broad range of areas of law in New York courts. Candidates should have jury trial experience; experience communicating with clients; drafting reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions; and participating in mediations and jury trials.Salary commensurate with experience.
