We are relentless advocates for the injured, and we're looking for a trial attorney who shares that same drive for justice.This role requires an active South Carolina Bar license and hands-on trial experience specifically handling Nursing Home neglect and/or Medical Malpractice cases. You'll have the chance to stand up in court, make an impact for your clients, and know that you have a firm behind you that lives its values every day: putting clients first, practicing extreme ownership, and backing each other up.
What you will do:
- Lead your own caseload in personal injury litigation from filing through verdict.
- Draft and argue motions, handle depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings.
- Serve as the client's voice in court with confidence and clarity.
- Work alongside dedicated paralegals and litigation support staff who help prepare every case for success.
Requirements:
- Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically handling Nursing Home neglect and Medical Malpractice cases.
- Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
- Commitment to client service and teamwork.
Note: This role can sit ANYWHERE in SOUTH CAROLINA! Must have an active SC Law License
