Offices in West Conshohocken, Center City Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh PA; Cherry Hill and Chatham NJ; and Wilmington DE

- Onsite, hybrid, and remote options

Essential Functions:
This position is for experienced attorneys who can work independently to handle:
- Depositions
- Court appearances
- Client/facility interviews
- Experts
- Drafting pleadings and discovery
- Preparing reports to clients
Qualifications:
- License to practice law in PA, NJ, or DE required
- Second license in PA, NJ, DE, NY, OH, FL, or WV a plus
- At least five years of experience in medical malpractice, long-term care, or other healthcare practice area required
