Offices in West Conshohocken, Center City Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh PA; Cherry Hill and Chatham NJ; and Wilmington DE

Essential Functions:
This position is for experienced attorneys who can work independently to handle:
  • Depositions
  • Court appearances
  • Client/facility interviews
  • Experts
  • Drafting pleadings and discovery
  • Preparing reports to clients

Qualifications:
  • License to practice law in PA, NJ, or DE required
  • Second license in PA, NJ, DE, NY, OH, FL, or WV a plus
  • At least five years of experience in medical malpractice, long-term care, or other healthcare practice area required
