Seeking a Litigation Associate - 1st Yr Litigation Associate (Newly Barred)
If you are a newly barred attorney in the State of Florida, this is the job for you. We are a commercial and insurance defense litigation firm on track for aggressive growth, and we need another litigation associate to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help clients.

We help clients defend their business, their reputation, and their bottom line so that clients can get back to "business".

We want to be known for helping our corporate and individual clients in the defense of litigation. We are growing fast, and we need a litigation associate who can hit the ground running and take the initiative on work.

This is a full-time in-office position where you are expected to manage a caseload. Based on your experience, we will offer a compensation package of base pay, variable pay and bonus pay with a potential of up to $100,000 per year. Plus, we are just an awesome place to work with good vibes and positive energy. Our offices are modern, energetic, and not your typical, dusty, crusty law firm environment.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for important work, including:

Conduct legal research
Prepare discovery document requests and responses
Regularly communicate with clients for updates and strategy
Attend jury and non-jury trials
